We supported YorSpace with a development appraisal for Morell House—a former care home they were looking to convert into a 17-flat, community-owned scheme in Clifton, York. Focused on affordability, sustainability, and co-operative governance, the project required custom modelling of rent levels and long-term cashflows. Our input enabled YorSpace to test financial viability and move closer to delivering equitable, future-proof homes for local people.
