We were engaged by Gida’s team to support them with the financial model in their Invitation to Tender (ITT) for the site. We started by trying to understand their vision, operational structure, and aspirations for long-term affordability. We worked collaboratively with stakeholders such as the GLA, Peabody and Haringey Council to provide a funding solution that worked for Gida’s unique circumstances.
