Finchley Stock Condition Surveys

In partnership with CCH Building Services, we managed the undertaking of stock condition surveys for 42 co-operative homes in Finchley, North London. Our service included appointing the surveyors to undertake the stock condition survey and liaising with the client to make sure that the report matched their specific requirements as well as helping them to meet the regulatory requirements. This project demonstrated our collaborative, hands-on approach to helping housing groups meet new government standards efficiently and ethically.
