Michaela Bygrave MRICS

Michaela is the Founder and Managing Director of Pointe Michel. She has an extensive career spanning over a decade, specializing in Development Appraisals and Affordable Housing Valuations.

After a thriving career in the UK and France, she decided to set up a Residential Valuation consultancy, when she noticed a gap in which small businesses were underserved. In 2018 during a career break, she worked at a South African Private Equity firm, which funded Affordable Housing projects. Michaela was exposed to diverse Affordable Housing funding models beyond common types seen in the UK and France. She pivoted to focus her expertise on community-led housing and to encourage more investment into this much needed area.

When she is not surveying, she is a member of Jetstream Tri lub and is brave enough to swim in the River Thames!
