Rooted in Purpose, Built on Integrity. Pointe Michel was founded by Michaela Bygrave in 2018
Pointe Michel was founded by Michaela Bygrave in 2018. Michaela began her career in London as a Valuation surveyor. She noticed small businesses felt confused and out of their depth when it came to valuation. They needed a down to earth tailor-made solution to their size and niche and she was drawn to solving this for SMEs. She named the company Pointe Michel after the town in Dominica where her grandfather was born. Her grandfather spent his entire working life labouring as a stonemason; building houses and paving roads. First for the British Colonial Government of Dominica in Roseau and then later for Westminster City Council in London. His dedication to his craft as well as the care he had for his colleagues and clients is something that has deeply inspired Michaela instill those same values in everything that she does. The name Pointe Michel reminds all those who work for the company to stay true to their core values and to act in line with the founding values of the company.
