Adewole Ademolake MRICS

Adewole is a Development Management consultant to Pointe Michel. Over the past decade he has managed diverse development projects ranging from small sites in London to urban large-scale regeneration projects in the Middle East. He has worked for Housing Associations, Local Authorities and House Builders. He assists clients with development strategies, producing programmes, development appraisals, managing projects from inception and negotiating s.106 agreements. He has extensive experience in both the UK and the faster paced market of the Middle East and likes to use his vast experience to focus on improving best practice in the market.

Adewole is a podcaster and enjoys running and swimming. He is a father of two young children and is active in his local church.
