Dorothy “Dot” Tyrtania MRICS

Dot is an Affordable Housing Valuation consultant to Pointe Michel. For over a decade, she has specialised in the valuation of Affordable Housing, working mostly on large portfolios of tenanted social housing stock. She also has experience of pricing Affordable Housing portfolios for sale and purchase, as well as working with Registered Providers to provide advice and carry out valuations for internal purposes.

Dot is a lover of the outdoors; she enjoys hiking, open water swimming, cycling and snowboarding – as well as walking her dog and chasing after her toddler! In her spare time, she can be found hiking in Cairngorms National Park.
